This hose is made from thermoplastic polyether based polyurethane (TPU) covered and Synthetic Rubber compound lined by high pressure around a circular woven jacket made from high tenacity filament polyester yarn.
■ 3-ply manufacturing process which ensures the high adhesion strength and top fatigue resistance performance
■ Extreme chemical resistance performance on the inner surface: based on ISO/TR7620 -2005 contrast test among TPU, Synthetic Rubber and NP, the performance of TPU and NP dropped dramatically, while Synthetic Rubber remain unchanged. Perfectly applied for flowback water in shale and oil field.
■ Extreme abrasion resistance property on the outer surface make the hose adapt to more working condition.
